§ 2-181. Authority of clerk to accept moneys, give receipts.

Except for the acceptance of cash appearance bonds and fines by the city clerk, no other official or officer of the city other than the city finance director shall accept or receive monies belonging to the city, nor shall they give any receipt of any nature therefor.
