§ 6-34. Limitation on number of licenses per person.

No natural person, partnership, limited partnership, corporation or other entity shall hold more than two malt beverage and wine licenses in the city; nor shall any such person or entity possess a 25 percent or greater ownership interest in more than two holders of malt beverage and wine licenses in the city.
