§ 6-16. Term of license.

Licenses issued under this chapter shall have a term beginning January 1 of the year of issuance and shall terminate on December 31 of the year of issuance at midnight. Licenses issued after January 1 of any given year shall be valid only through December 31 of that year at midnight, and such licensee shall pay all fees and taxes owed for a full year. In the event of revocation, surrender or suspension of the license prior to the expiration of the term, the holder shall not be entitled to receive any refund of any fees or taxes whatsoever.
