§ 6-20. Prohibited acts on licensed premises.

  • No holder of a license which authorizes the sale of malt beverages and wine at retail in the city by the package or by the drink, nor any agents or employees of the licensee, shall do any of the following upon licensed premises:

    (1)

    Sell malt beverages or wine to any person while this person is in an intoxicated condition;

    (2)

    Permit on the licensed premises any disorderly conduct or breach of the peace;

    (3)

    Sell, offer for sale, or possess on the licensed premises any kind of alcoholic liquor, the sale of or possession of which is not authorized under this chapter;

    (4)

    Sell malt beverages or wine, either retail or wholesale, within 100 yards of any church, school building, school grounds, or college campus;

    (5)

    Sell malt beverages or wine to persons under the legal drinking age as provided by the laws of the state.
