§ 6-25. Hours of sale regulated.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give away or offer for sale, or in any other manner dispense or deliver any malt beverage or wine within the corporate limits of the city during the hours of 12:00 midnight on each Saturday and until 7:00 a.m. on each Monday.
