§ 6-5. Same—Sole proprietor.

The person having the primary responsibility for managing the business to be operated on the licensed premises, or the owner of the premises, or the holder of a valid lease thereon shall be the holder of the license on behalf of a sole proprietorship, and shall possess all of the qualifications set forth in section 6-4.
