§ 6-7.1. Change of person holding license.

In the event there is a change in the person holding the license for an entity licensed by the city to sell alcoholic beverages, and said entity timely files with the city manager the information regarding the change as required by subsection 6-12(b), the new person who shall be the "person holding the license on behalf of licensee" shall be given a period of 90 days to meet the qualifications under this chapter before such entity's license is cancelled, suspended, or revoked.
