§ 6-8. Same—Persons having an ownership interest in licensee.

Latest version.

Any person having an ownership interest in the licensee:
(1)

Shall not have been convicted of or pleaded nolo contendere to any felony, any violation of controlled substances laws, any violation of law regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages, or any violation of law prohibiting operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs in any state of the United States within the five years immediately preceding the filing of the application.

(2)

Shall not have had an ownership interest of 25 percent or greater in any entity which has had its license to sell alcoholic beverages of any kind revoked for cause by any city, county or state of the United States within five years immediately preceding the filing of the application.
